2026 Homecoming Dress Code: The Fun Version
Welcome to HOCO 2026! Before you get dressed for a night of dancing, photos, and Texas-sized fun, here’s the quick rundown to make sure you’re dressed to impress and actually get through the doors!
Gentlemen: Cool Meets Formal
Wear a long-sleeve button-down dress shirt
Wear dress pants OR dark, non-ripped jeans
Sport coats and suit jackets are awesome, but optional
Dress shoes, cowboy boots, or clean/nice tennis shoes are welcome
No ripped jeans
No bandanas
No baseball caps or casual hats
No slippers (this isn’t your living room)
Ladies: Shine Bright, Stay Classy
The goal is to look amazing while keeping it modest and dance-floor approved.
Dresses should be elegant and modest
Length should be at least mid-thigh/fingertip length when standing
Midriff must stay covered
Dress backs and cutouts should be tasteful and not extend below the natural waistline
Make sure everything stays covered while dancing, sitting, jumping, and having fun
No exposed midriff
No excessive back cutouts
No visible undergarments
The Most Important Rule
If you’re wondering, “Do you think this dress/outfit might be pushing the dress code?”… it probably is. Choose something else!
No Dress Code = No Dance
The dress code will be enforced at the door and throughout the evening. If your outfit doesn’t meet the requirements:
You may not be admitted
Your ticket may be forfeited
No refunds will be provided
Bottom Line
Dress sharp. Dress modestly. Respect that this is a formal event hosted by a Christian organization. Follow the guidelines, and you’ll be free to enjoy a night full of friends, dancing, and amazing memories!
Remember: It’s easier to change your outfit before Homecoming than explain to your parents why you watched everyone else dance from the parking lot.
